Basehor-Linwood High School is currently taking applications for an assistant football coach.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach in planning and implementing effective training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
Provide guidance and support to players during practices and games, helping them improve their individual skills and overall performance.
Analyze game footage to identify areas of improvement for both individuals and the team as a whole.
Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop game plans and strategies that maximize our chances of winning.
Foster a positive team culture by promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players.
Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to help them grow as athletes.
Assist in scouting opponents, studying their strengths and weaknesses to develop effective game strategies.
Flexibility in working hours including evenings, weekends.
